Booking policy
We recommend that all guests book ahead to avoid disappointment, as without a booking we cannot guarantee available space.
As standard we hold bookings for 30 minutes from their start time, following which if we have not heard anything your booking may be rescinded.
For bookings utilising wargaming boards, or for numbers of people greater than 8, we require card authentication.
Any bookings for greater than 12 guests are not handled automatically by our system, as we typically need to rearrange tables to accommodate them. Any booking larger than 12 is not confirmed until you have received an email confirming the booking.
For the purposes of all bookings it is important that seat numbers are correct – this includes for any minors who require a seat. We would also remind you that as a bar, we do not allow unaccompanied minors at any time or accompanied minors after 9pm.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours notice for a booking cancellation for parties of 8 or less. For tables of 9 or more, we request 48 hours notice.
Where bank card authentication is used with a booking, no charges will be levied except in the case of late cancellation or failure to attend.
If you find that you, or some of your group are unable to attend for any reason, please contact us to let us know in a timely fashion – we will do our best to accommodate for circumstances, but without mitigating information, the card used for booking will be charged £5 per seat on the booking.
Wargaming Table Policy
Rule Zero has a very limited number of wargaming tables, which are set up in advance on a strict ‘for bookings only’ basis. When booked these tables will be set out with appropriately sized boards, mats and scenery. Wargaming tables are not available on demand.
While making the booking, please provide details where you can as to the game you intend to play, and any table requirements. We will do our best to accommodate requests presented in a timely fashion.
